Our mission is to uplift and unite media artists through training programs, networking opportunities, cultural initiatives, and industry exposure — helping them thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

एफडीएमएए एक रचनात्मक समूह है जो फिल्म और डिजिटल मीडिया जगत में काम करने वाले कलाकारों को समर्थन और सशक्त बनाने के लिए समर्पित है। फिल्म निर्माताओं और अभिनेताओं से लेकर संपादकों, डिजाइनरों और सामग्री निर्माताओं तक - हम एक ऐसे मंच के रूप में कार्य करते हैं जो प्रतिभाओं को पोषित करता है, सहयोग को बढ़ावा देता है और कलात्मक उत्कृष्टता को बढ़ावा देता है।

हमारा मिशन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों, नेटवर्किंग अवसरों, सांस्कृतिक पहलों और उद्योग जगत में उनके प्रदर्शन के माध्यम से मीडिया कलाकारों का उत्थान और एकीकरण करना है - जिससे उन्हें तेजी से विकसित हो रही डिजिटल दुनिया में आगे बढ़ने में मदद मिल सके।

Our Goal

हमारे उद्देश्य जिनके माध्यम से हम बदलाव लाने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं

1. To provide a common platform for artists involved in fields such as film, web series, animation, VFX, digital content, documentaries, short films, video editing, sound design, cinematography, scriptwriting, acting, directing, production, and post-production.

2. To protect the rights and interests of artists working in the film and digital media industry and to ensure fair and safe working conditions.

3. To offer training, guidance, and opportunities to emerging and aspiring artists in filmmaking, digital media production, and related technical fields.

4. To promote art and technology through workshops, seminars, film festivals, screenings, and other events related to film and digital media.

5. To enhance employment opportunities for artists and support them in connecting with the industry.

6. To promote ethics, quality and social responsibility in content creation on digital platforms.

7. To publish and distribute literature, research papers, and newsletters related to film and digital media.

8. To provide social, economic, educational, and medical support for the welfare of film and digital media artists.

9. To encourage the participation of women, differently-abled individuals, and minorities in the film and digital media industry.

10. To assist film and digital media artists during disasters, pandemics, or any kind of social crisis.

11. To help artists benefit from various schemes, grants, and policies initiated by central and state governments.

1. फिल्म, वेब सीरीज़, एनिमेशन, वीएफएक्स, डिजिटल कंटेंट, डॉक्यूमेंट्री, शॉर्ट फिल्म, वीडियो एडिटिंग, साउंड डिज़ाइन, सिनेमैटोग्राफी, स्क्रिप्ट राइटिंग, अभिनय, निर्देशन, प्रोडक्शन, पोस्ट-प्रोडक्शन आदि क्षेत्रों से जुड़े कलाकारों को एक साझा मंच प्रदान करना।

2. डिजिटल मीडिया एवं फिल्म इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े कलाकारों के अधिकारों एवं हितों की रक्षा करना तथा उनके लिए उचित कार्य स्थितियाँ सुनिश्चित करने हेतु प्रयास करना।

3. फिल्म निर्माण, डिजिटल मीडिया प्रोडक्शन एवं इससे संबंधित तकनीकी विधाओं में नवोदित एवं उभरते कलाकारों को प्रशिक्षण, मार्गदर्शन एवं अवसर प्रदान करना।

4. डिजिटल मीडिया और फिल्म से संबंधित कार्यशालाएँ, सेमिनार, फिल्म फेस्टिवल, स्क्रीनिंग, वर्कशॉप आदि का आयोजन कर कला व तकनीक का प्रचार-प्रसार करना।

5. कलाकारों के लिए रोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ावा देना एवं उन्हें उद्योग से जोड़ने में सहायता करना।

6. डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर सामग्री निर्माण में नैतिकता, गुणवत्ता एवं सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी को बढ़ावा देना।

7. फिल्म एवं डिजिटल मीडिया से संबंधित साहित्य, शोध पत्र, समाचार पत्रिका आदि का प्रकाशन एवं वितरण करना।

8. फिल्म व डिजिटल मीडिया कलाकारों के सामाजिक, आर्थिक, शैक्षणिक एवं चिकित्सकीय कल्याण हेतु सहायता प्रदान करना।

9. फिल्म एवं डिजिटल मीडिया में महिलाओं, दिव्यांगों एवं अल्पसंख्यकों की भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करना।

10. आपदा, महामारी या किसी सामाजिक संकट के समय फिल्म व डिजिटल मीडिया कलाकारों की सहायता हेतु कार्य करना।

11. केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही योजनाओं, अनुदानों, एवं नीतियों का लाभ कलाकारों तक पहुँचाना।
